Kenneth Kades is a proven entrepreneur and business leader with decades of experience scaling complex organizations and managing risk. Founder of The Kades Corporation, Ken grew the McDonald’s franchise into a network of more than 50 restaurants across Texas, is recognized for operational excellence and community impact. He has also served in senior leadership roles within McDonald’s global network, strengthening his expertise in governance, reinsurance, and risk management.
